since 2003 as the precursor for the BEE Act. How empowered are you REALLY?
To answer this question we need the BEE System to better educate us, to be transparent and crime free.

Hello, my name is Warren and welcome to our website. I developed the
Basic Economic Empowerment Information Strip
Tool or in short - The BEEInfoSTRIP™ Tool, to easily educate each
person on how to monitor the BEE System and end the "gap" that exists between you and the BEE System.
The old saying "Out of sight, out of mind" is true, so the first
step is to make the BEE System a reality
for you to see, touch and to interact with on a daily basis.
The familiar till slip, invoice, statement, receipt and ATM slip
platform is used with a
smart app
to follow.
The majority of us know that the BEE System exists but have no
true means of contact and interaction.
The GOOD NEWS is, this will change. The BEEInfoSTRIP™ Tool
process translates into TRUE/ VERIFIABLE BEE Information, BEE crime prevention, job creation,
poverty alleviation for true empowerment possibility.
On the Till Slip, the BEEInfoSTRIP™ Tool translates BEE into a quantifiable amount both in rands and products.
The Tool
process displays the money you spent and "black" supplied products you purchased.
The BEE feedback becomes your guide to interact with BEE via products and services.

1994 -
"Comrade Chairperson, the success of the RDP will depend, above everything else,
on the extent to which we involve all sectors of society in carrying it out. We
need to involve more than just business and labour, in the work of planning and
co-ordinating socio-economic strategies... The wisdom, initiative and creativity
of the people is required to ensure that the RDP becomes a people-centred and
people-driven programme in fact... We therefore welcome the many proposals from
workers on how they can drive the RDP in the work-place and within
communities... Without such work, the RDP will remain a good programme on paper,
but a damp squib (
miniature explosive device) in actual practice."
Statistically, the majority of South African communities still have yet to fully feel the social and economic
benefits of transformation. The current available data indicators show that the big companies are meeting the BEE compliance stipulation.
This however does not mean that previously disadvantaged
individuals (PDI) and manufacturers are benefitting from BEE. The BEEInfoSTRIP Tool
will be the measuring device to report on the spread and effectiveness of broad-based empowerment.
The BEEInfoSTRIP™ Tool will alert and
strategically position an effective amount of real-time BEE
information directly into the hands of the public as a solution to
shape the BEE system toward seamless BEE education, spreading
wealth, business opportunity, automatic
BEE crime deterrence and sustainable job creation; thus
establishing a transparent interactive communication or feedback
process within the BEE System.

Government accountable for good BEE governance which is a public and business
requirement. Public Participation Monitoring of BEE is mandatory to effectively
carry-out and re-evaluate the BEE System or scrap the BEE System in favour of
another in order to free up valued resources.
